By using Bankroll ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. The Service is operated by Company Co, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bankroll is a bet tracking service for sports bettors. The Service uses AI to extract bet details from screenshots and maintain a profit-and-loss ledger. The Service is accessible via:
- The web application at bankroll.capital
- A Discord bot that can be added to Discord servers and used via direct messages
Bet extraction is performed by AI (Google Gemini). Extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting your bet details.
Bankroll is not a gambling service. We do not place bets, offer odds, or facilitate wagering. We are a record-keeping tool only.
3. Important Disclaimers
This is a demo. Responses are AI-generated and may not be accurate.
The AI assistant provides general information only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not warrant that responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free
- AI may produce incorrect, outdated, or fabricated information (commonly known as "hallucinations")
- You should not rely solely on this Service for important decisions
- You must verify any information provided independently
- You should consult qualified professionals for specific advice

5. User Accounts
- You may use the Service anonymously or create an account via Google Sign-In
- You may link your Discord account to use the Discord bot features. By running the
/enablecommand, you authorize the bot to process images you post in opted-in channels or DMs - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse the AI system
- Share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI model
7. Your Data
By using Bankroll, you acknowledge that:
- Bet slip screenshots you upload are processed by Google Gemini to extract bet details (odds, stakes, outcomes). These images are sent to Google's AI services
- Your betting data (wager amounts, odds, outcomes, profit/loss) is stored in our database to provide tracking and analytics features
- If you use the Discord bot, aggregated data (ROI percentage and win-loss record, without dollar amounts) may be displayed publicly in server leaderboards
- When screenshot detection is enabled, the bot monitors image attachments in channels you have opted into. Images are only processed when you explicitly confirm via the "Track This Bet" button
- Your data may be reviewed by our team for safety and quality purposes

8. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content are owned by Company Co, Inc.
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service
- By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any)
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company Co, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us on Discord and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Small Claims Court
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
